Two-time European Cup winners Nottingham Forest were elated after their 1-0 Championship playoff final win over Huddersfield Town.

The victory sees them back in the English Premier League for the first time since 1999.

‘Honestly … just incredible,’ said midfielder Ryan Yates. ‘To be part of that history, it just makes me so, so happy. Happier than anything really and so pleased for the fans’
